For the art gallery and artist Veronika Kyrychenko (Art House VK), we developed a minimalist yet profound catalog-style brand book that transforms the encounter with abstract art into an emotional, meditative experience.
What have we done?
The design of the Art House VK catalog is built upon a clean, light background, ample “white space,” and a rigorous grid system that ensures the content remains easy to take in. The primary focus is directed toward the paintings themselves—highlighting their rich textures and expressive brushstrokes.
Each piece is presented from two perspectives: as a standalone art object displayed on an easel, and as a full-screen close-up that reveals the depth of color and the intricate details of the oil painting.
An elegant typographic style, combined with the tasteful placement of the artist’s statement, biography, and the stories behind the creation of each canvas, lends the Art House VK catalog the subtle, refined quality of a premium-level art book.
