ROSEN DELLE Catalog Design
For ROSEN DELLE, we developed a premium-class presentation brand book inspired by the concept of a comfortable home surrounded by nature. A warm, sunny color palette, an elegant, stylized rose motif, and a thoughtful presentation of each floor plan transform the catalog into an emotional sales tool.
What have we done?
The color palette is built on the contrast between a bright, sunny yellow, an elegant graphite background, and the natural shades of the facades with their natural wood textures. The yellow color fills the brochure with light and coziness, conveying the idea of a warm home, while the dark graphite tones add depth and a premium feel to the layout and emphasize the architectural grandeur of the buildings.
The layout combines an elegant magazine-style aesthetic with light, flowing forms and high functionality. Each of the 16 apartments is presented as vivid, three-dimensional 3D floor plans with pre-arranged furniture, while quotes from the great classics about home underscore the atmosphere of harmony and high quality of life.
