KA88 Ausblick Catalog Design

The catalog’s color palette is based on a sophisticated combination of deep pine green, warm sunny yellow, and pure white. These shades harmoniously echo the complex’s architectural concept, emphasizing its core philosophy—the synergy between modern luxury and the unspoiled nature of the Bonn suburbs.

The visual concept brings together vivid daytime and evening renderings of the building’s exterior, as well as the well-maintained park-like VIP area. Special attention was paid to the infographics illustrating the floor plans: clear 3D diagrams were created for each of the 8 exclusive apartments (including a penthouse with a sauna and jacuzzi) and 7 modern commercial spaces. Bullets highlighting key benefits and large typographic blocks allow potential clients to easily appreciate the high level of energy efficiency (rooftop PV panels), the quality of materials, and the project’s premium status.
